Positive Solutions Group, LLC, founded in 2005 is comprised of mediators with extensive business and mediation experience. The Group's mediators are available to businesses, organizations and individuals to assist them in facilitating agreements, successfully resolving conflicts, avoiding the costly impact of litigation and developing and utilizing conflict prevention strategies.

The members of Positive Solutions Group, LLC, are Jane Dittmar, formerly President of the Chamber and Phil LaMar and Duane Zobrist who are attorneys with business backgrounds. Jane Dittmar, Phil LaMar and Duane Zobrist bring to Positive Solutions Group LLC over 100 years of business leadership experience in successfully conducting hands-on business negotiations, mediations and arbitrations. All mediators are certified by the Supreme Court of Virginia.
